| The Social Festival Model is a method to stimulate organizational co-creation using a free application. It's a model based on 'Wikinomics' to achieve collaboration in an open source business model. It gives you access to the policy development of Incubate, a cultural organization in the digital age. You can read more on the background of this project right here. Don't hesitate to start. You can join immediately. Let's push things forward! WE ARE CURRENTLY WORKING ON: • Ideeën voor het programma en thema van Incubate 2010. • Het businessplan voor de gemeente Tilburg. • Enkele subsidieaanvragen voor 2010. • Het jaarverslag van Incubate 2009. • We are always updating and looking for input on our Policy Plan. • Our intern Maarten Lammers is currently doing research on sponsorship. • Our intern Sebastiaan Janssen has been working on a Social Media Statement. • We hebben tevens net het bezoekersonderzoek van Incubate 2009 toegevoegd. All content on this wiki is licenced with the Creative Commons' Attribution-NonCommercial-Share Alike 3.0 License So, it's pretty easy: do you think you can make a contribution to anything mentioned on this open source site? We like you already! Don't hesitate to add and/or adjust anything you like, it's supposed to become an organic process between you and us. If you're not too sure about changing our stuff, you can also just make comments in the texts (preferably in red) so we or anyone else can take a look at it. Come on in, won't you? Not really sure about the ease of wiki's yet? watch this: | A presentation on the Social Festival Model Joost Heijthuijsen from Incubate did at Club Transmediale in Berlin in February 2010: |
